一、简历
丁然,男,教授,博士生导师,国家高层次青年人才计划入选者,国家重点研发计划青年项目首席科学家,香江学者。2010年和2015年在吉林大学电子科学与工程学院分别获得学士和博士学位,2016至2017年在新加坡南洋理工大学电气与电子工程学院从事博士后研究,2018至2021年在香港理工大学应用物理系从事博士后研究,2022年入职吉林大学电子科学与工程学院开展科研工作。近年来以第一作者或通讯作者在adv. mater. (2篇)、adv. funct. mater. (6篇)、nano lett.、laser photonics rev.和optica等国际高水平期刊上发表论文20余篇,共发表sci论文50余篇,总引用1300余次,h-index为20,多篇文章被选为杂志封面,授权发明专利4项。
二、研究方向
课题组致力于发展基于有机/杂化半导体单晶薄膜的新型高性能光电子器件,围绕材料与器件的工艺制备、结构设计和物理机制等关键科学和技术问题,开展系统性的研究工作。
课题组常年招收硕士、博士研究生及博士后研究人员,也欢迎相关专业的本科生进入课题组学习、开展毕业设计和相关研究等工作。课题组与新加坡和香港等多个顶尖名校和科研单位长期保持良好的关系,可以为组内的成员出境留学提供良好的科研平台。
